The 1.19 version fails to build on x86-freebsd (8.0), 1.22 was successful.

Sorry, I meant to leave a comment. The guide needs to remain general, we can't change it for X distro and have it break on Y distro.

Unless, you mean to add a new bootstrap_tar122 command. In which case, I wonder why matt didn't run into any issues (he asked me to add coreutils8)
