Bug 299643 – media-plugins/audacious-plugins-2.2-r2: missing dep on ffmpeg

Building media-plugins/audacious-plugins-2.2-r2 with USE="ffmpeg" without media-video/ffmpeg installed will silently ignore the request and not build the ffaudio input plugin.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add "media-plugins/audacious-plugins ffmpeg" to /etc/portage/package.use
2. emerge media-plugins/audacious-plugins


Actual Results:  
These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Build finishes without errors.

Starting audacious and checking the plugin list confirms that no ffaudio plugin has been installed. WMA files can't be played.

Expected Results:  
The ebuild should have pulled in media-video/ffmpeg as a dependency and build the ffaudio plugin against that.

Manually installing ffmpeg and then rebuilding audacious-plugins works as expected.
