Following the discussion in -core, it seems that the concensus was that the "Irc
name" column needs to be renamed into "User name" or "Email".  If it becomes
"Email", then we, possibly, would like to mangle the email addys (like replacing
"@" and "." by verbal equivallents).

On another note, the list should, probably, be sorted, according to some
criteria.  Methinks that alphabetically would be best.
