And also fails parallel install.
I'm not sure this is related to parallel build. I have the same errors as thos build logs, but if I try MAKEOPTS="" or MAKEOPTS="-j1", this does NOT solve the problem. I still haven't managed to emerge boxbackup. I think this is just "app-backup/boxbackup-0.11_rc8 do no install", unrelated to parallel. Created attachment 260258 [details] boxbackup ebuild I agree with comment #3: the install problem is a bug in the ebuild. Prior releases of boxbackup installed some programs in /usr/bin, and the ebuild moved them to /usr/sbin. Now everything gets installed in /usr/sbin, and the line in the ebuild that tries to clean up causes an error instead... I have used the attached ebuild to successfully build & install boxbackup. hi. This ebuild keeps on being completely useless. The one attached is confirmed to work... why is there nothing happening ? Maybe we should ask someone from the gentoo dev team ? + 30 Aug 2011; Patrick Lauer <patrick@gentoo.org> -boxbackup-0.11_rc8.ebuild, + +boxbackup-0.11.1.ebuild: + Bump and install fix for #299411 |
