app-pda/libopensync-plugin-syncml-9999.ebuild has 
ESVN_REPO_URI="http://svn.opensync.org/plugins/syncml"
and I think it should be 
ESVN_REPO_URI="http://svn.opensync.org/plugins/syncml/trunk"
when I make this change it builds for me.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. unmask app-pda/libopensync-plugin-syncml/libopensync-plugin-syncml-9999
2. emerge libopensync-plugin-syncml
3.

Actual Results:

 * I was unable to locate CMakeLists.txt under:

still not clear it will sync, but at least this does the build :-)
