Cutecom-0.22.0 .desktop file installation is somewhat schizophrenic: on a system where kde3 is still present, it installs the cutecom.desktop file in /usr/kde/3.5/share/applnk/Utilities/ (although it uses qt4), but on a system without kde3/qt3, it doesn't install it at all.
