Videolan changed their git repository locations...

1.0-bugfixes changed to another repository (vlc/vlc-1.0.git) instead of a branch of vlc.git...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to emerge vlc-1.0.9999
2. start vlc
3. notice it is 1.1 development version

This is the patch, still pulling sources from the repo so I'm not sure if it will require a higher PATCHLEVEL (and corresponding updated patch set)

applied, thanks.
i forced to checkout different branches in different directories otherwise it'd fail when updating from 1.0.9999 to 9999.
