Test failures (#295137) occur also with python-2.6.4, everything else fine on x86.

You probably got different test failure. Bug #295137 is probably caused by changes in exception messages in Python 2.7.

Ok, I filed them under #299514, but probably no showstopper for going stable?
(Did not add #299514 to blockers)

If 0.3.0 fails test, too, it is no blocker. If it is a regression (a failure not found in the previous stable), it will hold stabilisation up.

Ok, policy understood. But in this case 0.3.0 has no tests, 0.4.0 introduces them.

I added src_test() to 0.3.0.

And they fail, but differently (see bug 299514)

No regression, stable x86, thanks Thomas.

Same, tests fail like already posted, but no regression...

amd64 stable
