I tried to build this app with all USE flags enabled. However, the latest libpq-8.1.11 fails to build with the below error

checking thread safety of required library functions... no
configure: error:
*** Thread test program failed. Your platform is not thread-safe.
*** Check the file 'config.log'for the exact reason.
***
*** You can use the configure option --enable-thread-safety-force
*** to force threads to be enabled. However, you must then run
*** the program in src/tools/thread and add locking function calls
*** to your applications to guarantee thread safety.

Could anyone from the amd64 herd reproduce that libpq fails to build in order to add a blocker here if needed?

Thanks

Did you check that that failed for trac-0.11.5 or something like that? I don't think it merits blocking stabiliation of trac-0.11.6.
