When using dspam with postgresql as backend, the database creation script /etc/mail/dspam/pgsql_createdb.py is created which requires psycopg. This dependency, however, is missing in the dspam ebuild.

Closing this bug since the latest version in the tree, dspam-3.8.0-r15, properly depends on dev-python/psycopg if the postgres use flag is selected.
