AFAIK you could do that yourself. Yes, I was about to do that, thanks. Exheres provide something along the lines with their labels system. They have build-against for example. Offhand, what exactly is this actually tracking? Each dependant bug is closed/latered already; what started the discussion was xorg bits using RDEP/DEP wrong... doesn't look the case anymore...
