Reassigning to new maintainer.. I'm about 95% sure that app-dicts/sdcv and app-text/sdcv are the same package, even though there was no pkgmove for it.

There are no tests in sdcv-0.5.0* version. (They are in the source code, but badly broken, so disabled.)
