Ebuild for isight-firmware 1.5.90

The attached ebuild is a bump from 1.4.2 (which is currently in portage) with those changes:
=> Fix download URL. The use of $MY_MAJOR doesn't work for this version because $MY_MAJORV is yields 1.5 but this version is a beta for 1.6
=> Removed two patches which no longer apply. Maybe they need to be added again, though. They where for bug #247904 (as-needed) and #259015 (build without hal)
