Simply rename the 4.0 ebuild to 4.1.

Fix case where squidclamav timed out during header collection on
some advertising and metrics sites that do not handle correctly the
HEAD http request. This has been fixed with a timeout of 1 second
for header download. Thank to Helge for the report. This may result
in speed improvement for many site.

Remove extra space or tabulation from values in configuration file.

Also, app-antivirus/clamav is currently not a dependency of squidclamav. Or does that warrant a new Bugzilla entry?
