Description Jan-Erik Skata 2009-12-16 17:18:33 UTC
I cannot find any owfs binary and it does not seem to be installed by the ebuilds. Have only the following in my path: owdir, owmon, owread, owtap, owget, owpresent, owside, owwrite.

Reproducible: Always

BTW, [1] redirects to [2] which redirects to [3], with both of the former being listed in HOMEPAGE and not the latter. 8-)

According to the ebuilds, you should set USE=fuse to get the owfs executable, which is also explained on the website[4]. This is already adequately explained in the USE flag description:

sys-fs/owfs:fuse - Enable building the FUSE-based OWFS client (owfs)

but I will leave this to the maintainer's disgression to (in)validate.
