i beleive the x11-libs/openmotif package should be a dependancy for either 
net-www/netscape-flash or net-www/opera. typically after a fresh gentoo install i install opera and this suits me fine until i stubmle across a flash enabled page which doesn't work. so i load opera from an xterm and i get several of these messages:

/opt/opera/lib/opera/plugins/operamotifwrapper: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

so i emerge x11-libs/openmotif and restart opera.. and still get the same error until finally i symlink /usr/X11R6/lib/libXm.so.2 to /usr/X11R6/lib/libXm.so.3.0.1 at which point i receive no error messages and flash enabled webpages load just fine.

i appologise if the nature of this report is not breif as i am by no means a programmer, just a geek.
