The default configuration file libraries/config.default.inc.php is broken, making the webapp more or less unusable as it redirects to http://localhost/phpmyadmin after login. To make it work remotely, it is necessary to comment the line setting PmaAboluteUri in  config.default.inc.php .

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install fresh phpMyAdmin
2.Try to access it from a remote machine.

Actual Results:  
phpMyAdmin redirects to localhost

Expected Results:  
phpMyAdmin should autodetect the hostname used.
