osdchat allows users to send messages from a console client to the on-screen 
display on a remote machine. It uses the xosd library.

version bump

initial ebuild never reviewed/inserted by gentoo.  New version of the ebuild is
available.

This hasn't seen an upstream release for 2 1/2 years. Also, the ebuild needs cleanup (nuke all the redundant comments, src_unpack/src_compile is redundant as well).

WONTFIX I'm afraid.
