I'd be happy to update the version in the ruby overlay but currently it fails tests. * Running test phase for ruby18 ... (in /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/sequel-3.9.0/work/ruby18/sequel-3.9.0) rake aborted! Don't know how to build task 'test' (See full trace by running task with --trace) * ERROR: dev-ruby/sequel-3.9.0 failed: * tests failed * Also note that you can remove the DEPEND and RDEPEND lines. The ruby dependency is handled by the ruby-ng eclass. As much as I'd like for ruby-fakegem to be absolutely automatic, having *no* setting at all for the dependencies or the tasks is unfortunately highly unlikely. I've just updated sequel to 3.30.0 (and ruby-fakegem) in the overlay. Is there still any interest to get this into the tree? Please reply, otherwise the bug will be marked as WONTFIX in 30 days from now. 4.12.0 July 1, 2014 seems to be the recent version according to rubygems. Closing old bug due to no response. |
