proj/en isn't directly accessible for documentation team members. Reassigning
to drobbins who seems to have issued the most commits on this file.

Up-to-date French translation

This the French translation sent by Matthieu (#30492).
The links already point to the right pages.

Could anyone with write access in proj/{LANG} commit this file ?

It's a very simple update only four URLs have changed. Could someone please
commit this?

I committed the english fix (thanks,) now assigning to docs-team to get the french translation online.

Back to you Daniel. Attached French translation was already up to date but we the poor doc people may not commit files to the proj subdir.

Please commit attached French site.xml for us.

On a sidenote here, I find it sad that these files reside in /proj/en. A more logical approach would be to have it or under a top-level project, or in the doc/ tree.
