test zabbix-18 ebuild

This is ebuild renamed from zabbix-1.6.1 ebuild. It is emerged.

Install fine, but update mysql database was had problem.

I remove some table creation in /usr/share/zabbix/database/upgrades/dbpatches/1.8/mysql/patch.sql, fix some table creation as sayed in link abov and zabbix come work.

But 1.8 have MANY bugs... 
I break my network map, becouse triggers in link not saved.
