Missing the "install.txt" file in the basic live cd(Release 1.4). 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. #cat /install.txt
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Can not find file.

Expected Results:  
Show the install.txt

it's install.html now.

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
