As app-emulation/virt-manager-0.8.0 has some bugs (e.g. not possible selecting a disk image in the VM creation dialog) upgrading to 0.8.1 is recommended which fixes some of these bugs.

0.8.1 also requires a new version of virtinst (0.500.0 → 0.500.1).

What needs to be done:
- bump app-emulation/virtinst-0.500.0 to 0.500.1
- apply the attached patch for app-emulation/virt-manager-0.8.0 to get the dependencies updated for 0.8.1
