Xorg.log says:
record: RECORD extension enabled at configure time.
record: This extension is known to be broken, disabling extension now..
record: http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20500

Thus it may be advisable to disable building this extension until upstream has fixed it.

The code is built but the extension is unavailable to X applications, as per the code and the warning you pasted.

Nothing to fix.
