As ecj can be used to compile while emerging, you need to emerge every stable java ebuild. I will be adding package lists to this bug as I get them generated.

To test set COMPILER to ecj-3.5 in /etc/java-config-2/build/compilers.conf
and verify in emerge output that it's telling you that ecj-3.5 is used

dev-java/cglib (2.0 and 2.1)
dev-java/freemarker
dev-util/netbeans-5.5
dev-java/easyneurons-2.2 (2.5 is ok)

fail with ecj-3.5 but succeed with javac.  Will you filter or should I do that?

dev-java/beansbinding-1.2.1 fails with ecj-3.5. apart from that, it looks good to go stable on amd64.
