There are currently no ebuilds for the 2.9.0, 2.9.1, and 3.0.0 releases of lucene.  The additions of those ebuilds would be nice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ls /usr/portage/dev-java/lucene

Actual Results:  
lucene only goes up to 2.4.1

Expected Results:  
versions 2.9.0, 2.9.1, and 3.0.0 should also be present

Added 2.9.1 and 3.0.0.

3.0.0 should hit the mirrors in the next couple of hours.
