Not that I'm an expert on this package (haven't even installed it), but I think the linking order looks wrong; normally I see -llapack -lblas since library that defines symbols should come after library referencing them. This package can be compiled normally if blas, cblas and lapack are set to atlas in eselect, but fails to compile with mkl libraries. It was never a bug in hpl, rather broken lapack/blas installation. |
