I am the maintainer of rsync13.us.gentoo.org 
 
The RSync mirror has been relocated to a new location, causing an IP address 
change. Please change IP of rsync13.us.gentoo.org to 69.64.35.104 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Removed access to rsync1.us for the old IP (66.227.104.102).  Also removed 
the IP from .us, .namerica and main rotations.  rsync13.us IP updated.  Will
verify syncing is current tomorrow and add back to the rotations.

Just did a check at 22:40 UTC and the last sync was at 20:03.  Is it set up 
to sync every 30 minutes (:00 / :30)?

yes, sync time was wrong but is fixed now.

rsync13.us.gentoo.org is properly pointing to the new IP but still does not
have access to master rsync server.

Cedric,

Can 69.64.35.104 still not access rsync1.us?  The IP is listed
in the access list.

Also, rsync13.us doesn't seem to be responding to rsync.

Server still not responding and no replys.

Removing rsync13.us from UDNS and rsync1.us access.
