Please have a look if the filesystem /var/tmp/portage resides on is full. If not, run fsck, please. uh I have 40GB left on the device, and fsck was executed without any errors. A new observation: if I try ebuild ~ unpack ebuild ~ configure ebuild ~ compile the system crashes with the segmentation fault. If I switch to the directory with the sources, execute a 'make' and after that ebuild ~ qmerge everything can be installed. Is there an additional change in the building system that can destroy something? Is there an additional change in the building > system that can destroy something? > Segmentation faults usually ( but not necessary ) indicates a hardware issue. However I would advice you to update to latest Qt ( 4.6.2 ) and try again Qt 4.5 is no longer in tree. |
