This is a request for stabilization of the core gDesklets program, currently at
version 0.36.1-r3.  This revision creates a global Displays and Controls directory if they don't exist.  They already exist in this version, but in case they don't in the future we need a place to install desklets globally.  Additionally, this version moves to EAPI 2, removed nonexistent blockers, and calls python_need_rebuild in pkg_postinst() since there are some python modules used in this package.
