Just a note: apc-3.1* doesn't support --with-apxs anymore, so this'll be solved by waiting for it to go stable along with php-5.3.3 This one was solved quite some time ago |

This is not directly called in the ebuild but through enable_extension_with_built_with =${PHP_PKG} apache2 apxs /usr/sbin/apxs2 "optimisation for apache2" I think the logic in the confutils-eclass is a bit borked: if built_with_use $1 $2; then my_conf="${my_conf} --with-${3}${my_shared}" einfo " Enabling ${my_msg}" else my_conf="${my_conf} --disable-$3" einfo " Disabling ${my_msg}" fi Should probably be --without-$3? cc-ing hollow, he's listed in confutils eclass as maintainer
