Like it says: the net-fs/nfs-utils-1.2.1 package will fail to compile on my system, saying it can't find gssglue. But this can be fixed by installing the libgssglue package. 

The ebuild should thus show it as a dependency.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to emerge nfs-utils-1.2.1 without first emerging gssglue
2. fail
3. emo tears

Actual Results:  
nfs-utils looks for the gssglue libraries that it never said it needed, and fails.

Expected Results:  
nfs-utils should have called libgssglue as a dependency, so the package would be installed beforehand.
