it is also broken with USE="-tcpd":

seems, that sys-apps/tcp-wrappers is always needed. Maybe a broken configure, or something.

The problem must have been found in an out-dated portage tree, because the ChangeLog shows libnfsidmap dependencies were adjusted about a month before the report.
