An emerge of the latest sound-juicer produces a version which can only rip CD's
to Ogg or WAV format, because LAME and FLAC plugins are not being built in
conjunction with gstreamer.

This might need to be resolved with local USE flags in the sound-juicer ebuild,
but in the short-run these two plugins need to be added to the tree.

yes i know. It does not 'require' it, it can use it if available.

I'm actually in doubt about adding USE flags for these.
