Maybe upstream changed download location, like in bug 267308...

emerge tries to download from:
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_download/
while the repository is:
http://www.xmlmind.com/archive/xmleditor/4.3.0_01/

Same now whit app-editors/xxe-4.5.0
download location should be fixed
