Bug 293181 – gentoo-sources-2.6.31-r6 and ice1724 based cards suspend/resume

Long standing bugs with suspend/resume of ice1724-based cards have been fixed. First and main part of this patch was written by Igor Chernyshev [1]. ESI Juli@ part was written by me and kindly accepted by Takashi Iwai [2]

Patch is tested on gentoo-sources-2.6.31-r6 and everything is working. Please accept this until it came up with new release of kernel

We typically only take patches into gentoo-sources that have made it into Linus' upstream dev git tree.

Let's keep an eye on this and we'll add the patches once that make it in.
