Since app-doc/heirloom-doctools provides practically a full replacement for
sys-apps/groff, I think that packages depending on sys-apps/groff
(some random examples: zsh, chktex, wiggle) should instead depend on
|| ( sys-apps/groff app-doc/heirloom-doctools )
either directly or indirectly over some new virtual/troff
