The module looks for his file in pub/linux/kernel/people/rusty/modules/module-
init-tools-0.9.12.tar.bz2, but it's changed to 
pub/linux/kernel/people/rusty/modules/old/module-init-tools-0.9.12.tar.bz2 

I found this sollution on bugzilla, I thought it would be solved. But now 
there are 2 people who have the same problem, so I posted here.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge module-init-tools-0.9.12.tar.bz2 
Actual Results:  
It looks in the wrong path for the file to download

Expected Results:  
It should look in the right path
