The OpenVPN team has announced a new version, with one nice feature as well to harden the SSL renegotiation.

This enables the new IPv6 patch and installs a missing README file for eurephia.

please have a look at #292996
i've fixed the link to the ipv6-patch some minutes ago and added your eurephia-documentation-fix

maybe you'll mark this bug as duplicate ;)
