The output of emerge --info should also include the current value of ACCEPT_LICENSE.

I had to resort to IRC to be told that the default value is in /etc/make.globals. Current license settings causes issues like bug #292502 and a clear indication of the current status might help people resolve these issues on their own.

This is fixed in portage-2.1.7.5 and 2.2_rc50.
