Make sure you don't have two versions of k3b installed. There are two slots now, 3.5 and 4. Both icons launch K3B-1.68.0 using KDE 4.3.1 (In reply to comment #2) > Both icons launch K3B-1.68.0 using KDE 4.3.1 > The one in SLOT=3.5 should install /usr/kde/3.5/bin/k3b and the one in SLOT=4 should install /usr/bin/k3b. Now if the .desktop files have only Exec=k3b entry in them, the one that's first in $PATH will be started, that's obviously the new k3b in /usr/bin. That said, you didn't really answer the question in Comment #1, it's still unclear to me if you have 2 k3b's installed or just 1. And that said, the cosmetic problem will go away soon as the old k3b is removed... that will be after ppc/ppc64 has marked the new on stable at the end of this month with KDE 4.3.3 stabilization Thanks for your response. Yes, i have both files /usr/kde/3.5/bin/k3b and /usr/bin/k3b, then this is the problem |
