After unmerging apps sometimes portage left files e.g. in /etc (if were modified manually). And it could be good idea to know about it, i'd to decide, schould i kept this file or delete it (because isn't necessary any longer, and i want to keep e.g. /etc clean ).

We can use elog for this, and possibly control it with a FEATURES setting so that people can disable it if they want.
