Hi!

Please find modified version of noscript-1.9.8.86.ebuild attached which respects the existence of IceCat and does not require an installed version of the branded non-GNU Mozilla-* browsers.

Yeah its really weird that icecat[+restrict-javascript] actually indirectly requires mozilla-firefox to be installed. Personally I would have filed this bug with severity of "minor", instead of "enhancement".
