Can you explain how exactly this is necessary? It's not necessary on several machines that I have access to. Those machine also span multiple distros.. Ubuntu, Arch, Fedora, and CentOS. Sorry, can't reproduce the error right now. In a former test I changed but the +x in order to get X working, but as I just changed it back, it still worked. I'll find out, what it was about and then re-open the bug again, if necessary, sorry for the trouble. |
