2.2.14 is out. The stable versions have important bugfixes, pls. bump when possible!

I know that sometimes people are busy with own, real life. But disappearing for long time without any word isn't nice for people using dgmail (in this case). Isn't there any solution? Maybe dev should reassign bug if doesn't have time for care about it?

i think i'll have a bit more time now so will do this soon. gotta also sort out the bug with dbmail before the bump .. although i'll leave devel version for now ...

2.2.15 is in the main tree with some bugfixes please test
sorry for taking so long -- i plan to get it stabilized asap so we can remove 2.2.9 and 2.2.11 soon
