nvidia-drivers is blocking xorg-server-1.7.1. For me this combination is working quite fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -u xorg-server

Actual Results:  
nvidia-drivers blocks xorg-server-1.7.1

Expected Results:  
xorg-server will update

My system is ~x86.

This is fixed in Portage since few hours ago already.
