net-misc/powerd is a UPC daemon, and not the DNS server with equivalent name. So
net-misc/powerd should be moved out of net-misc and into sys-apps I think.

Actually I put it into the same category as nut because it has a lot of the same features as it. The DNS server with the similar name would be under net-dns.

haven't heard anything else about this so I'm assuming it's okay
