I was trying to install herm-pic and noticed "missing keywords".

So I was asking myself why it is only keyworded ~amd64?
Can it be used on ~x86 too? I sure think so, but am unsure if I should try it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge herm-pic
2. emerge complains about missing keywords on x86 (or even ~x86)
