Whenever you try to add hardware-monitor applet to a panel, it quits with this dialog message:

The panel encountered a problem while loading
"OAFIID:HardwareMonitor",

Do you want to delete the applet from your configuration?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge hardware-monitor
2. right click a panel, add to panel
3. add hardware monitor

Actual Results:  
The panel encountered a problem while loading
"OAFIID:HardwareMonitor",

Do you want to delete the applet from your configuration?

Expected Results:  
Add the hardware monitor to the panel

I have tried all versions of hardware monitor available in portage. Every version compiles fine, but cannot add to panel.
