media-tv/xbmc-9999 should depend on media-libs/tiff, else it will fail to configure

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start from a clean system (stage3-installation)
2. update system (emerge -auvDN world)
3. install xbmc (emerge -av xorg-x11 xbmc)

This sounds like they applied the patch to work with jpeg-7 (a.k.a. Use system libtiff to avoid including jpegint.h). :)
